1. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or otherwise continuing to use AI Wallet, you agree to these terms. If you use AI Wallet on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

2. What AI Wallet provides

AI Wallet is a market intelligence and portfolio optimisation service for AI tools and subscriptions. It provides pricing data, comparisons, scoring, optimisation recommendations, digests and reports. Access is sold as one-time credit packs that you spend on metered actions inside the product.

3. Accounts and accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse AI Wallet. In particular, you must not:

• use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• interfere with security, probe or scan our systems, upload malware, or scrape data at scale;
• reverse engineer the service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent technical or usage limits.

5. AI-generated content and data accuracy

Parts of AI Wallet generate recommendations, summaries and briefs automatically. Outputs may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. You are responsible for your inputs, for verifying outputs before relying on them, and for holding the rights to any content you submit. We may filter, restrict, or remove content and may refuse or moderate outputs.

No advice. Pricing data, scores and optimisation suggestions are for general and educational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and are not a recommendation to buy or cancel any product. Purchasing decisions remain yours.

6. Intellectual property

Alto Lab Coaching retains all rights in the service, including its software, data compilations, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your purchased plan. You keep ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. If you believe content on AI Wallet infringes your rights, contact support@getaiwallet.com and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it; repeat infringers lose access.

7. Service level and warranties

We aim to keep AI Wallet available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Payments, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund window is described in our Refund Policy.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted or anonymised.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and the competent courts there have jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
