Privacy Notice

Data we collect and why

• Account data (email, login credentials, user ID) — to create and secure your account and provide the service. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Product data (watchlists, wallet entries, submissions, imported bank transaction summaries, payout details you choose to save) — to deliver the features you use. Legal basis: performance of a contract. Stored payout IBANs are encrypted at rest.
• Contact data (phone number for WhatsApp digests, support messages) — to send the updates you subscribed to and to answer you. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.
• Usage and technical data (feature usage counters, device and browser information, IP address, logs) — for security, fraud and abuse prevention, and product improvement. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Billing records (order references, plan, amounts) — to grant entitlements and meet accounting obligations. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.

Who we share data with

• Service providers and subprocessors: hosting, database, email and messaging providers.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sale of the product, payments, subscription management, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers such as legal and accounting services.
• Authorities where we are required to do so by law.

We never sell personal data.

International transfers

Some providers process data outside the EEA/UK. Where that happens we rely on adequacy decisions or EU Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate additional safeguards.

Retention

We keep account and product data for as long as your account is active, and for up to 12 months afterwards. Billing records are kept for the statutory period (7 years in the Netherlands). Logs are kept for up to 12 months. After that data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email support@getaiwallet.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to your supervisory authority (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive fields, row-level access controls scoped to your account, and least-privilege access for administrators.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. Any analytics we use is limited to aggregate product usage. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though sign-in will not work without the essential ones.
