30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to one-time credit packs bought through checkout.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at support@getaiwallet.com and we will help you.

Paddle's own refund policy also applies to every order.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, the credits granted for that order are removed from your balance. Any credits you already spent are reconciled against the refunded amount.

Bank transfer payments

If you paid by bank transfer instead of card checkout, contact support@getaiwallet.com within 30 days and we will return the amount to the account it was sent from.
